Returns and refunds

You can return products within 30 days of delivery. The minimum legal term required by European law is 14 days: our window is wider.

Products must be intact, unused and with original labels and packaging.

Some hygiene or personalized items may not be returnable: list to be defined.

Write to us from the Contact page indicating the order number and items. You'll receive instructions and the return address.

Automatic return procedure available from the Shopify account area.

The refund is issued to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility: policy to be confirmed.
