These terms govern the distance selling of the products in the catalog, carried out via the Shopify platform.
Prices and availability
Prices are in euros and include VAT when applicable. Availability is updated in real time from the Shopify inventory and may change until the order is confirmed.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is finalized upon the order confirmation sent by email after payment.
Payments
Payments are handled by Shopify checkout and its providers. We do not store card details.
Legal warranty
The 24-month conformity warranty provided by the Consumer Code applies to consumers residing in the European Union.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Italian law. Competent court and dispute resolution methods to be defined with legal counsel.
